About me

My name is Elizabeth and I am a integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.

Working as an integrative therapist means whatever you are going through, however you might feel, the therapy focuses on you – who you are, your story, what matters to you and what you want to achieve; both short and long-term.  

How I work 

I work across a number of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment and Person-centred therapy (PCT). As an registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) I work to the BACP Ethical Framework. 

I have worked with clients of varying ages and backgrounds to support them with their mental health needs, promote lifestyle changes, encourage wellness and to feel stronger about themselves. 

I work on a one-to-one basis with you to support you entering and during therapy. Together, we can explore the issues you are facing and I will support you to reach your potential and to achieve your expectations to make improvements and bring self awareness.

I offer daytime and evening appointments, Tuesday to Friday from my practice in Ripley.
